Keytrade Bank is looking for a Card Business Analyst.

Your missions:

• Participate in the development of new projects or in the follow-up of existing projects related to card payments and topics, in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Collect and analyze business requirements
• Write/design specifications, functional analysis and process flows
• Report and document bugs 
• Cooperate with I.T., Operations teams, UX/UI and with other stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance, Risk, Security)
• Perform tests and follow-up on I.T. development
• Analyze and identify solutions dealing with specific issues or user needs
• Define and conceive improvements

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the payments sector, preferably in the card payments sector 
• Strong analytical skills
• Very polyvalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in Digital projects or Agile methodology is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Master Degree in Finance/Economics or Engineering
• French or Dutch as a mother language and fluent in English
• Autonomous (you define and guide actions end-to-end)
• Proactive (you propose solutions)
