Role
As a member of the Transformation Team, you will organise the Portfolio reporting to the Executive Committee and key stakeholders of the group.
Responsibilities
Define metrics to follow-up on the project portfolio
Collect, visualize and report the metrics and the overall progress of projects
Report on risks and dependencies at portfolio level
Optimize reporting tools based on high volume of raw data
Follow-up on budget, forecasts, actuals, …
Support the execution of the organization strategy following Key Performance Indicators
Analyze and advise on resources allocation
Profile
University degree
Previous experience in PMO role and/or in the financial industry is a plus
Very good knowledge of Excel
We just finished the implementation of the Agile Method in the all company, the journey is not over so a knowledge of Agile is a plus
Fluent in English and French or Dutch
Skills
