Because of this growth, Keytrade is looking for an experienced teamleader for Regulatory Operational files, managing a small team and reporting to the head of Operations.
Responsibilities
The Team Lead Legal Ops will supervise, control and improve the administrative processes of legal nature : successions, bankruptcy, juridical enquiries, seizures, and temporary administration.
Within the Operations department, you will
· Lead the existing small team in charge of the day to day follow up of the management of the files and requests concerned
· Organize the service while identifying and implementing process improvements in order to achieve operational excellence. This will include review of procedures, forms and FAQs.
· Represent the team in internal stakeholder meetings (with legal department and product owners)
· Guarantee the effective management of inquiries, seizures and succession files, including contacts with public authorities, notaries and heirs
Qualifications
· You have at least 5 years of legal and process/operational experience. A law degree and management experience will be an asset
· You have good organization, time management and scheduling skills
· You understand legal and regulatory requirements and processes
· You are hands-on and propose & elaborate improvements
· You are responsible, motivated and autonomous
· You are comfortable in speaking and writing in Dutch, French and English
· You have good communication and interpersonal skills
