Today we are looking for a Business analyst to join our Core Banking / Client Servicing and Operations feature team. Are you ready for a new challenge?

Your missions:

• Participate, in collaboration with the Product Owner, in the development of new projects or in the follow-up of existing projects related to various topics within the scope of the Client Servicing and Operations feature team such as:
  • Regulatory related projects
  • Compliance related projects
  • Securities trading related projects
  • Payment related projects
  • Card related projects
  • Transformation related project
  • BAU related improvements
• Organize workshops, collect, analyze & understand business requirements
• Perform impact analysis
• Write/design & publish specifications, functional analysis and process flows
• Report and document bugs (Analyze and identify solutions dealing with specific issues or user needs)
• Cooperate with I.T., Operations teams, legal & compliance, UX/UI and with other stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Risk, Security)
• Perform tests and follow-up on I.T. developments
• Define and conceive continuous improvement
• Propose innovative solutions

Your profile:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the banking/financial sector, preferably in an operational environment
• Previous experience (5 years +) as a business analyst
• Acquainted with IT related environments
• Very Strong analytical skills
• Super proactive (hands-on) approach
• Able to work in an autonomous way
• Polyvalence and eager to learn
• Excellent communication/negotiation skills – Able to deal with stakeholders
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English as well as on either French or Dutch
