Solliciteer nuKeytrade Bank is constantly evolving and has ambitious growth plans. oday, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead and execute the recruitment roadmap, aligned with the HR objectives defined by management, while focusing on attracting and retaining top talents to support Keytrade’s growth and human capital needs.
You will work in a small and dynamic team of 2, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
You will primarily focus on the following recruitment-related processes:
- Collaborating with hiring managers: Providing support in talent acquisition strategies and ensuring recruitment needs are met.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: Overseeing the entire process from job postings and candidate sourcing to scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Talent sourcing: Actively identifying and attracting top talent through various channels (job boards, direct search, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
- Candidate screening and evaluation: Assessing applicants’ qualifications and suitability for Keytrade Bank, ensuring a smooth and efficient selection process.
- Coordinating interview logistics: Organizing and scheduling interviews, ensuring timely communication with both candidates and interview panels.
- Supporting the onboarding process: Assisting with the administrative aspects of welcoming new hires, including contract preparation and documentation.
- Maintaining recruitment reports: Tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics and progress.
In addition, you will:
- Support and drive initiatives related to Talent Acquisition activities, including:
- Diversity & Inclusion programs
- Process optimization within recruitment workflows
- Career site management and enhancements
Education and Experience:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- You have an interest in various profiles within a financial institution, including IT, Audit, Risk, Data, Finance, Operations, and Transformation.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a recruitment agency or as an internal recruiter (preferably in the financial services industry).
- You are a Dutch speaker, fluent in French, and highly proficient in English.
- You have strong proficiency in IT tools.
- You are rigorous, flexible, curious, down-to-earth, proactive, and eager to learn.
- You quickly demonstrate autonomy and have excellent time management skills.
