Your mission:

• You answer the customers questions by phone, e-mail, social media and chat
• You support the client with any kind of issue by reacting in a fast and precise way
• You think about solutions for the problems the customer is facing and try to resolve the problem upon the first contact

Your profile:

• You have an affinity with the banking sector and/or the digital world
• You understand the added value of Customer Support for the clients
• You have a medior to senior profile in a similar position or by experience
• You have a good knowledge and/or want to learn more about investments
• You are perfect bilingual FR/NL (with a good knowledge of English) 
• You are meticulous and attention to correct spelling and grammar
• You are a team player that can work autonomously
• You can adapt to a flexible work planning
• You have at least a high school degree or equivalent through experience
