Today we are looking for an Operations Cards Agent to join us, are you ready for a new challenge? 


Responsibilities  

Within the operations team you will be working together with your colleagues in the cards team on the following activities  

·         Handling the different requests including mails (NL/FR/ENG) relative to Cards. This also involves client contacts.

·         Management of opposition of transactions raised by our clients 

·         Treatment of the consequenses of fraud on card transactions


  Skills  

·         You have good organization, time management and scheduling skills 

·         You are hands-on problem solver 

·         You have good analytical skills

·         You are a team player

·         You are responsible, motivated and autonomous

·         You are comfortable in speaking and writing in two of the following languages Dutch, French and English

·         You have good communication and interpersonal skills 


  Education  

-          You have a bachelor degree or have acquired equivalent level through experience

-          Knowledge of the financial sector and in particular payments and card transactions are an asset
