IT Technology Manager
You will work in our main office in Brussels as IT Technology Manager, taking care of how application development teams within Keytrade use technology. In this quality, you will report to the CIO as Technology Scrum of Scrum (TSoS) of all Feature Teams in the Product Factory, except DATA.
The role of Technology Scrum of Scrum (SoS) @ Keytrade Bank
Keytrade Bank has transformed its delivery organization following the Agile methodology. Business and IT profiles work together in product- or service-oriented Feature Teams where all the profiles needed to deliver the business value end-to-end are present: product owner, business analysts, scrum master, tech leads, developers, devops engineers, data engineers, testers,…
The business profiles in the Feature Teams report to the Product Owner, while the technical profiles – scrum master, tech lead and developers – report to the Scrum of Scrum (SoS).
The use of technology within the Feature Teams is defined by the technology Chapter Leads – who are also tech leads and/or developers – acting as communities of IT experts.
The Technology Scrum of Scrum heads the technology chapters (React JS, Node JS, Dot Net, DevOps, Mendix), and is responsible for the technology roadmap of Keytrade Bank, elaborated in collaboration with the rest of the IT Management Team.
