Keytrade Bank is looking for a Business Analyst in Daily Banking to help the Bank continue its breakthrough on the Belgian market.

Your Mission:

As a Business Analyst focusing on Payment products & services, you’ll be at the heart of projects shaping the future of Keytrade Bank and its clients. Here’s what you’ll dive into:

  • You’ll work closely with the Product Owner to kick off new projects and enhance existing ones in digital payments. Gather business needs, analyse requirements and craft innovative solutions.
    Last-minute changes? You’ll adapt and thrive in an Agile environment where flexibility is key.
  • From creating precise specifications and process flows to tackling more complex issues, your work will directly influence both the user experience and the work of your colleagues. Ensuring quality will be second nature as you collaborate with Marketing, IT, Operations, UX/UI, Legal, Finance and more to deliver robust digital solutions.
  • Incident Management will also be part of your job in close collaboration with our external partners.
  • Innovation (xPay, Click2Pay, Instant Payment, Wero, Itsme…) will be part of your toolbox as you drive improvements to keep us at par or ahead in the payment game.

Your Profile:

We’re looking for a dynamic, team player professional willing to make an impact.
What we’re looking for :

  • At least 3 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong interest in the financial sector, including payment systems and banking products
  • Willing to understand the different regulations (as PSD2, PSD3, PSR, etc) and their concrete implications on the payment ecosystem 
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving complex problems
  • A flexible mindset to handle multiple responsibilities and evolving priorities
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira Workflows, Confluence, MS Teams, and the usual suspects every office run on
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering or equivalent by experience
  • Fluency in English, with French or Dutch as your native language
