Why a dashboard ?

Not yet a Keytrade Bank customer? If so, we will work together using a personal dashboard until such time as you become a customer. To do this, you need a “Belgian” mobile phone number. We will send you a text message with a code to give you access to this personal area.

To access your dashboard you must use this code together with the email address you provided when saving your simulation.

What should I do if I don't receive a text message to access the dashboard?

First check with your service provider, and then contact us via keyhome.experts@keytradebank.com (with a screen print and/or copy of the error message).
