Payconiq by Bancontact

When installing the Payconiq by Bancontact app, the app will ask you to add a bank account and a bank card. Both options are available at Keytrade Bank, yet in both cases you will need a Hardkey to install them. 

How to add your Keytrade Bank account?

• Select “Payment methods” in the Payconiq by Bancontact app
• Click on “Link a bank account” (If another bank account is already being linked, it will need to be removed before you can link your Keytrade Bank account)
• Select Keytrade Bank and enter your login
• Sign with your Hardkey
• Select your current account

How to add a Keytrade Bank card?

• Select “Payment methods” in the Payconiq by Bancontact app
• Click on “add a card” 
• Select Keytrade Bank
• Fill in your card details
• Sign with your Hardkey

Tip: pay peer to peer via your account/contact list. (Transferring money between friends via a QR code is not possible with the Keytrade Bank card.) 

Which type of accounts cannot be linked with Payconiq by Bancontact?

Professional accounts and accounts of minors cannot be linked to the Payconiq by Bancontact application.

Can I link accounts and cards from different banks in the Payconiq by Bancontact app?

You can link the Payconiq by Bancontact app to a single bank account.

However, you can link a number of Bancontact cards from Keytrade Bank and/or another bank.
