No, you can use Apple Pay completely free of charge.

Please note: if you are paying outside of the eurozone using Apple Pay, you will be charged the 1.40% foreign exchange fee that applies to payments outside of the eurozone with your credit or debit card, as outlined in our Tariffs document.
