Where can I download the application on my smartphone ? 

You can download the Keytrade Bank app free of charge from your smartphone or tablet via the App Store or Google Play. Please note:- The app requires iOS 9 or higher operating system. - For the Android version, there is a mandatory update that requires the Android 4.4 operating system or higher.

How do I configure the application? 

Download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. To use the Keytrade Bank app, you must first create a profile. Choose a name for your profile and personalize it with a photo. Then enter your username / login. Select your usual authentication method (Keytrade ID, HardKey or SoftKey). For Keytrade ID or HardKey, all you have to do is log-in the same way as on the website by following the instructions. For the SoftKey, you will be asked to create a 6-digit PIN and scan a QR activation code.

What is the minimum configuration required for my PC?

Keytrade Bank only supports recent browsers enabling JavaScript and operation systems actively managed by software suppliers. We cannot guarantee a correct functioning, nor an optimal security when you use outdated or not maintained software versions.

If you use a version of Internet Explorer that is not the latest version, it's possible that you will have some problems. In that case, we advise you to install a more recent browser on your computer.
