How to create a profile on my app?
Create a profile
Press “Create a profile”, personalize with a name and a picture (optional). Enter your username and select ‘SoftKey’ as authentication method. Secure it with a 6-digit PIN code of your choice.
Scan the QR-code
Take the letter with the QR-code and scan this code with your smartphone or tablet.
Your SoftKey is ready to use!
Verify the Recovery Code of your HardKey
Enter the Recovery Code you received by our Helpdesk.
Activate your HardKey
To activate your HardKey, first enter your access password and click the blue "Log in" button below. No need to enter a Keytrade ID code.
Create your own PIN code
Have you already changed your Hardkey PIN code? If so, please proceed with the next step.

Enter the received PIN code and press OK

Link your HardKey to your accounts

You will now see « Value 2 », press OK

Enter the number code that appears on your HardKey

Your HardKey is activated.
You can start using it as from 4 December 2017.
As from 4 December you can connect to the keytradebank.be website as client.
On each page of the website you have in the right top corner the Log in button. Click on it and follow the instructions.
